THE GOOD GLAMM GROUP ANNOUNCES ONE WEEK PAID LEAVE TO ALL ITS EMPLOYEES FOR THE SECOND TIME

National, December, 2022:  The Good Glamm Group, South Asia’s largest Content-Creator-Commerce conglomerate, has announced a paid weeklong holiday for its staff for the second time, starting December 25 2022 to January 1, 2023. The year 2022 has been a year of great achievements for the company and everyone at The Good Glamm Group has played a significant role in the group’s journey and where the company stands today.

The company invites its staff to take advantage of the week off to create a perfect balance between professional and personal life and reenergize for the year 2023.

Furthermore, keeping in mind that it might not be feasible for all employees to take the week off during this time depending on their role. The company doesn’t let business priorities take away this benefit from a single person and ensures to go an extra mile to give people the option to leverage this break at their convenience. The group extends this week off to be compensated within the financial year at a time of its  employee’s choice.

In October this year, Good Glamm Group’s D2C brand MyGlamm had come on board as the exclusive makeup sponsor for Bigg Boss season 16, this was the Group’s G3 largest cooperation this year. Further celebrating the partnership, The Good Glamm Group had conducted an internal “G3 ke Big Boss” activity across the company’s brands in response to the reality series BIGG BOSS Season 16. Every week, there were numerous enjoyable team competitions and amazing prizes to be won, including trips to exciting locations and family dinners at prestigious hotels. The opportunity to visit the genuine BIGG BOSS house and interact with the inmates was the grand prize at the conclusion of this programme! Beyond this, the Good Glamm Group arranged lovely Diwali festivities at their offices in Delhi and Mumbai, as well as a virtual party for those working from home, to celebrate the spirit of togetherness, especially after the sparse celebrations in the previous two
