NEW DELHI, March 2025— Rotarian Lal Goel, Charter President of the Rotary Club of Organ Donation International and Chairman of Organ Donation India Foundation & GYAN was honoured with the prestigious Braj Vibhuti Samaan for his exemplary contributions to Organ Donation awareness and advocacy.
The ceremony, organised by Braj Kala Kendra, New Delhi, occurred on March 12, 2025, at the Sri Sathya Sai Auditorium, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
Rtn Lal Goel received the honour from Dr Arun Agrawal and his family, who presented him with a silver plaque, a shawl, and a certificate in memory of Dr Agrawal’s father, Shri Radha Sharan Agrawal.
The Braj Vibhuti Samaan celebrates individuals who exemplify the cultural and humanitarian values of the Braj region.
In his acceptance speech, Rtn Lal Goel expressed gratitude to Braj Kala Kendra for the recognition. “This honour is not for me,” he stated, “but for the countless Organ Donors and their families who have saved innumerable lives.”
Rtn Lal Goel also thanked Shri Vishnu Prakash Goyal for his dedication to the upliftment of the Braj region and its residents.
The program was skillfully conducted by *Ms Shruti Puri, Ms Meera Goyal, and Dr Urvashi Mittal.
