FIA Global’s Manoj Bhat facilitates smooth remittance from India to Nepal

FIA Global, India’s leading banking and financial services platform has been one of the preferred choices for go-to remittance solutions for the Nepali migrant labour force working in India. Manoj Bhat, is a FIA Banking agent who migrated from Nepal to India in 2009. Today, he helps Nepali workers in India to send money to their families and friends in Nepal through a convenient transfer option, from. FIA to Prabhu Bank in Nepal. From 2009 when Manoj migrated from Nepal, to 2019, when he started money transfer exchange services as a FIA agent, it has been quite a journey.  At first he worked as a helper in an automobile repair workshop for two years and then at a canteen, earning around 15K per month. Most of his customers are daily wage labourers, who are working as cooks in restaurants and canteens, as security guards, and as auto repair mechanics, and do not have access to bank accounts. Manoj Bhat offers Indo Nepal remittance services through the FIA kiosk (from where he works). Majority of his customers are Nepalis who have migrated to India from Nepal in search of a job. Manoj’s services help his customers safely transfer their hard-earned money safely back to their families in Nepal, which they otherwise would have either saved or kept with them till they went to Nepal. Either of the cases are not a safe way of handling their hard earned income. Sending the money through someone is also not a preferred choice for they would have to give the person a commission of 2-3% , which is a dent on their hard-earned money. Therefore, remittance through FIA is the best option for safe and hassle free transfer of money.
