Colliers appoints Ramaiy Kapoor as Managing Director, Data Center to grow its Data Center capabilities

Mumbai, Monday, 12 June 2023 – Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company today announced the appointment of Ramaiy Kapoor as the Managing Director, Data Center for its India business. Kapoor comes with a rich real estate experience and joins Colliers from CapitaLand where he was heading the investment & commercials division for their India Data Center business. With key achievements comprising successful deal closures of greenfield developments and collaborating with global teams on M&A deals, he has proven proficiencies in business strategy, deal structuring, negotiations, credit analysis and corporate finance, among others.

In his role at Colliers, Ramaiy will work closely with the top India leadership to capture a higher market share and drive profitability for the firm’s Data Center business. Given his exceptional business development and stakeholder management abilities and vast knowledge of the sector, he will tap into new opportunities and expand client relations.
