The bank has been recognized as the 9th best bank in India and is the only regional rural bank from the country to feature in this prestigious global ranking.
Forbes, in collaboration with Statista, compiled the list based on a comprehensive survey of over 50,000 customers across 34 countries and in 17 languages. The banks with the highest final scores in their countries made to the ranking, which consists of 385 banks around the globe.
