Mumbai, April , 2023: Arkade developers, a Mumbai-based real estate company specialising in rehabilitation and open space, has closed the financial year 2022 – 23 with excellent numbers on the back of excellent sales number in the last quarter of financial year 2022 – 23.
The following numbers are for the sales for which stamp duty is paid, which are definitive in nature, from the projects which were on going. Notably, Arkade Sereene in Malad (West) and Arkade Darshan in Vile Parle (East) have received occupancy certificate in the last quarter and are sold out and possession is handed over to client.
