  World’s biggest greeting card unveiled by Provident Housing Ltd 

Bengaluru-based Provident Housing create the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS®- With the record for Largest Greeting Card replica

On the eve of Independence Day, Provident Housing, the premium affordable homes subsidiary of Puravankara Ltd, erects the Largest greetings card replica themed around the mission ‘Homes4all’

Bangalore, August, 2017: To commemorate India’s vision of ‘Housing For All’ on the 71st Indian Independence Day, Provident Housing Ltd, the affordable housing arm of Puravankara Ltd, one of India’s largest and most respected developer, created history by unveiling the world’s largest greeting card replica in Bangalore. This initiative qualifies Provident to enter GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS in creating the world’s largest greeting card replica.

The world’s largest greeting card was unveiled with the theme of ‘#Homes4all’, a vision that will soon empower every Indian to dream, buy and own a home. The greeting card has been installed in one of the company’s projects on Hosur Road Main Road, Bangalore’s arterial road to the economic hub of Electronic City. The imposing structure is available for free public viewing. Bangaloreans will enjoy a ride across Hosur Road to view the installation and salute the country’s ambitious vision of #Homes4all. The occasion also coincided with Puravankara’s 43rd Founder’s Day.

The inspiration of #Homes4all is the one that powered the birth of Provident Housing nearly 10 years ago. Provident Housing’s ambition of combining Premium lifestyle features, hitherto something that was available only to India’s elite rich home buyer, with affordability and intelligent design has already made Provident Housing one of the country’s largest Premium Affordable housing developer. With further emphasis on #Homes4all through conducive government policy making, the economic activity of Building every Indian’s first home is something that is going to power the Indian economy for the next decade, creating jobs, wealth and happiness into every urban and rural city across India.

The concept and design of the card was a cross-functional collaborative effort by Team Provident. It took over 250 hours of round the clock effort to create it and when completed it measured 239.95 sq.m. /2582.59 sq.ft. The certificate was handed over to Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director, Puravankara Limited by Mr.Swapnil Dangarikar, Official Adjudicator,
