Vijay 5 for helps Ordnance record big win

Mumbai, April : Riding on Vijay Chinnamuthu’s five wicket-haul, Ordnance Factory Sports Club trounced GIC Sports Club by 101 runs in first round match of the Air India Invitation T20 tournament organized by Air India Western Region and played at the Air India ground, Kalina.

Batting first Ordnance Factory scored 196 for 6 wickets and then dismissed GIC SC for a paltry 95 runs.

Western Railway Traffic SC 158 for 7 in 20 over (Deepak Kumar 55, Hitesh Patel 38, Chandras Manchekar 26, Manoj Singh 3 for 26) bt Times Shield Cricket Team 114 all out in 19.2 overs (Manoj Singh 27, Mitesh Makwana 2 for 1, Bharat Solanki 2 for 20, Hitesh Patel 2 for 27) by 44 runs. Ordnance Factory SC 196 for 6 in 20 overs (Parag Patil 58, Rugved More 49, Yogesh Kashyap 26; Ankit Gautam 2 for 40) bt GIC SC 95 all out in 17 overs (Siddharth Kumar 35, Vijay Chinnamuthu 5 for 13, Parag Patil 2 for 5, Yogesg Kashyap 2 for 17) by 101 runs. MoM: Vijay Chinnamuthu.
