With Maharashtra Day just round the corner, the all-day dining restaurant Hornby’s Pavilion gears up to celebrate this historic day.

Named after the erstwhile Governor of Mumbai, William Hornby, Hornby’s Pavilion is an exclusive all day dining restaurant overlooking the ‘Millsquare’ at ITC Grand Central. Maharashtra Day marks the occasion when the Bombay Reorganization Act of 1960 came into effect which led to the formation of the state of Maharashtra. It is a regional public holiday that is celebrated every year on May 1. Maharashtra Day commemorates the formation of the Indian state of Maharashtra in 1960.

A variety of delicious local Maharashtrian delectables deriving inspiration from ‘Local Love’ such as Masale bhat, Chicken kharada, Batatayachi Bhaji, Srikhand, Aamti, Aamras and much more will be prepared for the dinner buffet on 29^th, 30^th of April,2022 and the brunch on 1^st May,2022.
