Here’s what Sushant Singh did on his time-off while shooting for ZEE5’s Rangbaaz Phirse

Sushant Singh will be seen making his digital debut with ZEE5’s upcoming original series ‘Rangbaaz Phirse’.

Sushant will be seen essaying the role of Jairam Godara, the right hand of Amarpal Singh, a feared gangster essayed by Jimmy Sheirgill.

Sushant Singh has been shooting in Chanderi which is four hours away from Bhopal. While the series is based in Rajasthan, the team has been on the lookout for similar landscapes and untapped locations where they can re-create the look and feel of Rajasthan.

The team has been on a hectic schedule and they have been clocking in hours to ensure they finish the required shots in time.

However, since they were in Chanderi, Sushant Singh made a rushed trip to the local market to buy a few sarees for his wife post pack-up.

Chanderi is known to weave some of the best-known handloom clusters in India, in both cotton and silk.

Sushant Singh also spent some time talking to the local shopkeepers about the make, fabric and print.

He was quite thrilled with his expedition and that he also got a chance to experience the local flavour of the city.

The team just wrapped up the schedule of shoot in Bhopal.

Rangbaaz Phirse is all set to premiere on 20th December, exclusively on ZEE5.

Rangbaaz Phirse is a fast-paced, crime thriller. It is the story of a young guy who falls through the cracks because of politics and is robbed of his youth which subsequently ruins his life. It is about misguided manipulative youth. The nine-episode series highlights how an individual is not born as a criminal but becomes one because of the circumstances around him. #NotBornACriminal

Rangbaaz Phirse has an eclectic cast starring Jimmy Sheirgill, Gul Panag, Zeeshan Ayyub, Sharad Kelkar, Spruha Joshi, Harsh Chhaya and Sushant Singh in prime roles.
