STAIRS Foundation welcomes Nitin Kant to its advisory board

STAIRS welcomes seasoned professional Nitin Kant to its advisory board. Nitin would be heading our Outreach & Collaboration.

New Delhi, 07 June 2023: STAIRS is constantly strengthening its team with professionals from diverse fields. With his extensive experience in channel management, sales, and business development, Nitin brings a wealth of expertise to support STAIRS Foundation’s mission of providing opportunities and creating a positive impact in the lives of young Indians. A professional in many areas with a career span of close to 2 decades including Banking, Rural Development & Farming, and Electric Vehicles, giving back to society has been at the core of his heart.

Mr. Kant had recently participated in STAIRS’ latest initiative – the ‘One India One Goal’ Program, a multi-year, systematic, and synchronized program for grassroots sports development in the country.

Mr. Kant has taken many initiatives and has executed several projects on youth, women empowerment, and green earth. Distribution of loan-free e-rickshaws to women and youth through CSR has been pioneered by Mr. Kant promoting financial inclusivity and also reducing carbon emissions. He has also founded Sai Maadhav Agrosciences & Consulting Pvt Ltd which created collaborations for sharing of knowledge and best practices, with the best brains of Microbiology to promote Organic Farming.

Commenting on the development, Shri Siddhartha Upadhyay, President of STAIRS Foundation, Former Governing council member – Sports Authority of India, said, “Nitin has consistently displayed resourcefulness and a deep understanding of optimizing processes and expanding distribution networks to foster business growth.
