Sprayking Ltd.’s Subsidiary Secures Major INR 25 Mn Export Order, Expanding Global Brass Billet Market Reach

Sprayking Limited. (BSE: 540079), a leading player engaged in the manufacturing of brass components and parts, has announced that its subsidiary, Narmadesh Brass Industries Ltd., has bagged an INR 25 Million Export Order for Brass Billets.

This major export order is a testament to Narmadesh Brass Industries Limited’s growing global footprint and the increasing demand for Indian-made brass products in international markets. The brass billets, known for their superior quality and precision, will be supplied to a global client, further solidifying Sprayking Ltd.’s presence in the international brass industry.

The export contract aligns with Sprayking Ltd.’s strategic focus on markets, underscoring the company’s ability to compete on a global scale. The brass billets from this contract will be international utilized in a wide array of industries, including plumbing, electrical, and industrial applications, ensuring the company’s products reach diverse sectors worldwide.

Earlier, the company announced its earnings for the quarter ended 30 June 2024. For Q1FY25, Revenue stood at Rs. 3586.08 Lakhs, showing a steady growth of 119.17% YoY. EBITDA came in at Rs. 444.30 Lakhs. The company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs. 329.87 Lakh for the quarter, reflecting a robust growth compared to the previous quarter and a substantial improvement from the same period in the previous year. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter were Rs. 0.44, and Diluted EPS stood at the same value. The total comprehensive income for the quarter was Rs. 234.76 Lakh, including both profit and other comprehensive income, recording a growth of 126% YoY.

Recently, the company bought a new manufacturing facility in Gujarat’s Jamnagar. Like the company’s current manufacturing facility, the unit will produce brass and forging components and parts. This 3,000 square meter modern manufacturing plant is spread out. The company’s market position will be strengthened with the installation of this production plant.

In an effort to grow the company, Sprayking Limited recently purchased more than 51% share in M/s. Narmada Brass Industries. Mr. Hitesh Dudhagra founded the partnership venture Narmada Brass Industries in 2019. Narmada Brass produces copper brass goods at its own production facility. The manufacturing facility can produce 2,000 tons of forged goods annually. With this acquisition, the business is expanding rapidly and meeting new orders from the domestic and international markets.

Acquired its new manufacturing facility at Jamnagar, Gujarat with the view of expasion. The unit will be manufacturing brass and forging components/parts like the existing manufacturing facility of the Company. This new Manufacturing facility is spread over 3,000 sq. mtr which has been acquired by the Company on rent from the third party.
