All-rounder Musheer shines with 6 wickets

Mumbai, September : All-rounder Musheer Khan after scoring a mammoth 238 runs in Mumbai’s 1st innings total of 381 all out in 96.5 over, produced a mesmerizing bowling performance claiming 6 wickets for 46 runs to destroy the Punjab inning which collapsed for a measly 105 all out in 40.1 overs on the second day of the three-day final of the Reliance men’s under-19 All India Invitation 3-day cricket tournament 2023-2024, played at the Gujarat College Cricket Ground A, Ahmedabad on Thursday.
Mumbai having gained a massive 276 runs lead and after having reached 40 for the loss of two wickets in the second innings, the match was declared a draw. Mumbai were declared winners on the basis of the first innings lead.
Musheer, for his outstanding performances with both bat and ball is the obvious choice to win ‘player of the match’ award.
