Redmi K20 series becomes the number one flagship in Q3 as per Canalys

Becomes a bestseller in ‘above $300’ price band

Bengaluru, INDIA, December 2019 – Xiaomi, India’s number one smartphone and smart TV brand today announced that its flagship, Redmi K20 Pro has become the number one smartphone above $300 in Q3 2019. This is as per the latest report: Canalys estimate, Smartphone Analysis, October 2019. Redmi K20 was launched in July, 2019 and has already become a bestseller in its price segment.

Currently, under the “Black Friday Sale”, the much-loved Redmi K20 Pro is available on discount of INR 2,000 along with an additional INR 2,000 Bump Up Exchange Offer leading to it being available at INR 25,999 and INR 28,999 for 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variant respectively (with an additional INR 2,000 Bumped Up Exchange offer). Over the last one month, Redmi K20 Pro has witnessed phenomenal performance upgrade with the all new MIUI 11. MIUI 11 for the K20 series brings high level of customisation for the ambient display. To utilise the the AMOLED display to its best capacity, MIUI 11 comes with breathing notifications on the screen along with customisable ambient display. Users can choose to have any text they want on the ambient display.

Apart from specifically designed features for the K20 series, MIUI brings a plethora of upgrades to the table. It features document preview natively without the need of any extra application. Tasks can now be accessed directly from any screen along with the ability to record voice notes and calendar sync. MIUI 11’s Mi Health brings menstrual calendar to the table.
