Teacher Appreciation Ceremony organized by North East Mumbai Daivagya Trust, program organized by Vishal Kadane
On behalf of North East Mumbai Daivagya Public Charitable Trust, a state level friendship meeting of teachers from Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and nearby areas has been organized on 19 October 2024 at 03:00 PM at Dr. Kashinath Ghaekar hall. In this gathering, state level essay competition, Teacher of the Year, Principal of the Year, and lifetime achievement awards will be given to the teachers who have done remarkable work in the field of education. More than 1100 teachers will attend the program. The program is organized by North East Mumbai Daivagya Public Charitable Trust, Dr. Vishal Kadane is the chief organizer of the program.
The program will begin with a seminar on “Effects of Smartphones and Harmony at Home”. This is followed by a prize distribution ceremony and essay reading program for the winners of the state level essay competition. 111 teachers who have performed excellently in the year 2023 will also be honored in this program. Various award distribution programs are organized like Jeevan Gaurav Award, Best Principal, Best Subject Teacher etc. The team of the drama “Ajjibai Jorat” will interact with the teachers, which promotes the philanthropic attitude of dissuading the youth from smartphone abuse and promoting Marathi language, alphabets etc. to all. Ajibai Jorat’s team members actress Nirvana Sawant, Singham movie writer Kshitij Patwardhan, actor Jaywant Wadkar, Pushkar Shrotri are specially invited in the event. Youth Leadership in Housing Movement Mumbai District Housing Federation Director Dr. Vishal Kadane will attend the event. Dr Gajanan Ratnaparkhi, Founder of Somaiya University, Kamlesh Pradhan of Thane, Varsha Sawant of Saraswati Group, various luminaries of DY Patil University and other dignitaries from the field of education will be present in the programme. Various writers, writers, journalists Mr. Kiran Shelar, Singham Again director Kshitij Patwardhan, filmmaker Dilip Jadhav are key speakers in the program.
