Indian tourists who visit Bangkok and are deprived of authentic Indian food, have reason to cheer. Mumbai’s prominent restaurant Revival is opened its branch in Bangkok. The Revival restaurant, bar and banquet is located in prominent Omni Towers condominium’s lobby level which has 350 rooms in Sukhumvit area.
The Revival is known for entering global arena and made its presence felt from year 2001 when they opened first Revival franchise restaurant in Vietnam. Later they expanded to Sydney in Australia and Dubai.
Revival restaurant is known for serving authentic Indian vegetarian delicacies for more than five decades in Mumbai’s Chowpatty area. It has won several prestigious awards for best food, ambience and services. Revival Bangkok will stop service of Non-Vegetarian food that the previous restaurant was serving lunch onwards. Their prominent chef Ajit Parmar who has worked in Mumbai and Dubai is already taken charge to create his magic in Bangkok along with Vipin Devrani too.
Thailand is one of the favourite international tourist destinations for Indians. The Indian tourists spent almost 70 billion Baht (USD 2.2 billion) last year and 58 per cent of them have been there before with the length of stay averaging 7.45 days. Indians are ranked sixth among nationalities visiting Thailand with over 1.6 million visitors in 2018. This is just behind Japan and ahead of Russia.
