TEDx is a nonprofit organisation devoted to “Ideas Worth Spreading”, is known for its inspirational talks and life lessons from individuals that specialise in various domains, ranging from science to business to global issues. Famous TEDx Talk speakers have included Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Shah Rukh Khan, Ashley Graham, Stephen Hawking, Sheryl Sandberg. Now our very own Shree Saini Miss World Washington is invited to give a talk on Healthy Heart & Emotional Fitness.

In her announcement, Shree takes to social media and inspires readers to be mindful of what words they share. She says “we can use our words to Express, Love, Nourish, Comfort, include others, OR we can use our words to pass judgement, citizen and break the spirit of people. Words are our most powerful tools we can use to change our world.”

Shree Saini has had a very tough journey of life and inspires others to overcome their struggles and rise up to serve others, with her talents. Shree has turned her pain into purpose. Shree is a survivor of facial burns and a heart surgery for a permanent pacemaker impact, just at the age of 12. Shree’s nonstop work has led her to speak in over 80 cities, 19 states and 6 countries, while being a full-time college student!  Shree recently graduated from the University of Washington, while being student at Harvard, Yale and Stanford University.

Shree continues to pass her gratitude to her international judges by writing in her post “Thank you Mrs. Julia Morley, Mr. Eric Douglas, Mr. Steve Douglas founders of Miss World for creating this international women empowerment organization 70 years ago.”
