The holy occasions of Nag Panchami and the first Somvaar of Shravan saw Mumbai’s leading power couple – Bollywood producer and entrepreneur Smt. Sangeeta Ahir and prominent political dignitary Shri Sachin Ahir – worshipping at a local temple.

Smt. Sangeeta Ahir, who is widely known across the city for her social and philanthropic initiatives, was a model of piety in a blue silk sari hemmed in silver. Her husband Shri Sachin Ahir, who recently made national headlines for joining the Shiv Sena in the presence of leading party dignitaries, kept things dignified with a classic, timeless look. Together, this devoted couple performed the rituals in the presence of close family and friends, offering prayers and gratitude for their good fortune.  Truly the family that prays together, stays together.
