With formal employment in the segment being increasingly sought after, owing to the boom in India’s e-commerce and infrastructural development, Delhivery has provided delivery agents (LMA) and field executives (FE) an opportunity to launch their careers in logistics.

LMAs and FE are crucial to the business as they constitute the last leg of the supply chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. I worked with ground operations and supported them until their operations were streamlined. I was promoted to Assistant Team Lead (ATL) in the same year.”
