In a first, Global Vipassana Foundation ropes in Jefferies & Bain as their communication partner

Mumbai, 09 October 2019: Global Vipassana Foundation, a non- commercial organization that imparts the knowledge of Vipassana technique of meditation has partnered with Jefferies & Bain, a communication outreach company based in Mumbai.

The mandate will empower Jefferies & Bain to manage the communication and strategic PR for the organization.

The Global Vipassana Foundation which teaches the Vipassana technique was rediscovered by Gautama, the Buddha. Vipassana was brought back to India after a gap of nearly 2000 years by Shri S. N. Goenka.

Vipassana is a meditation technique taught by Lord Buddha which helps in purifying the mind and attain Nirvana (Nibbana). Vipassana works on the principle that every human being shares the same problem and when the malady is universal, the remedy has to be universal.

Speaking about the association, Mr. Nayan Shah, Chairman, Global Vipassana Foundation said,” We believe working with Jefferies & Bain will enable us to bring forward the right information about the teachings of Lord Buddha as well as educate people about Vipassana, and its attributes.”
