26th September 2018, Jaipur: Foodpanda, India’s fastest growing food delivery company, today announced the launch of its services in the city of Jaipur. Food lovers in the Pink City will benefit from Foodpanda’s large base of delivery riders and wide range of restaurants. Customers can now expect their food delivered within minutes from restaurants around them on the Foodpanda app, by Foodpanda’s delivery partners. The company has already fulfilled 10000+ orders within just 5 days of its pre-launch in the city to existing users.
Covering key areas of the city like C-Scheme, Malviya Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar and Raja Park; Foodpanda has on-boarded over 700 popular restaurants in the city including prominent ones like Kebabs & Curries Co, New York Slice, Kings Kitchen, Marky Momos amongst others. Starting with 500 delivery riders Foodpanda will further strengthen its network by aiming to increase the rider base to 2500 in the next 6 months.
Speaking on the launch, Nitesh Prakash, Head of Operations at Foodpanda India said, “We have been serving customers in Jaipur through our partner restaurants for years now. The idea of bringing our own base of delivery partners stemmed from the extensive customer insights and feedback that we were able to collect in all these years.
