Further, the company will consider and finalize the mode of Raising funds for installation of a 15 MW solar Power Project which was approved by the Board in 28th May 2024 to meet the energy requirements of our manufacturing plants at Talod (10 MW) and Padra (5 MW) through green energy.
With the solar power plant coming up for captive consumption, the annual electricity expenses for the company are expected to reduce substantially, which is expected to boost profitability and lower the dependency of gas.
