Easypolicy and Quickbima come together to complement their strengths to be more customer centric and penetrate deeper in the market

New Delhi, February 12, 2020: Easypolicy and Quickbima, two leading insurance web aggregators formally announced the merger of the two companies, today. Under the terms of agreement, the combined company will operate under the name of Easypolicy.

Divyanshu Tripathi, Co-Founder & CEO continues to hold his position as Co-founder & CEO of the combined company. Ankit Sachdeva, Co-founder, Quickbima and Sunil Juneja, Principal Officer & Director, Quickbima have come on Easypolicy board as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer, respectively.

The merger combines Quickbima’s strong technology intervention and the extensive distribution network knitted by Easypolicy. The aim is to drive efficiencies through leveraging technology while automating the business operations offering a simple and seamless user experience.
