Dillip Dalai joins Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall as the Security Manager of the hotel. In his role, he will be responsible for the safety of the hotel, its staff, guests and assets. Dillip brings in over 09 years of experience in the field of safety and security.

Dillip began his career with IBM as a security officer, later joining an international hospitality chain and thus beginning his career in the industry. He has upskilled himself with many certifications and trainings in the arena of fire safety, first aid, crisis management etc. Dillip also holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications.

In his free time Dillip enjoys playing volleyball and cricket and enjoying his musical pursuits
