Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar launches its all-day dining ‘Amritsar Kitchen’

A new entrant into the dining spectrum of Amritsar

Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar, the recent addition to the city of the Golden Temple announced the launch of Amritsar Kitchen – its all-dining restaurant. Located at the lobby level, the F&B outlet celebrated its grand opening.

Setting the benchmark in a stylish and refined dining ambience, Amritsar Kitchen offers a refreshing experience that entices guests with an extensive menu. The chic and contemporary all-day dining is the perfect place to unwind over a sumptuous lunch, a fun casual evening or a lavish dinner. Signature dishes and specials at Amritsar Kitchen, hold the promise of a mesmerizing meal, and a dining experience to cherish forever.

Speaking on the occasion, Rahul Sharma, Hotel Manager, Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar, shared, “We are extremely elated to announce the launch of our all-day dining restaurant – Amritsar Kitchen. Our Executive Chef, Anirudh Deshpande and his team have curated a cornucopia of delectable dishes that is as innovative as it is delicious. The event witnessed a fun, interactive session by Executive Chef, Anirudh and F&B Manager, Shashank Goel, where they showcased their culinary skills for the attendees. With the rising aromas of the live cooking stations guests were taken on an epicurean journey as they enjoyed the scrumptious buffet. The expert culinarians of the restaurant presented a gastronomical fare from global to local cuisines with an impeccable fusion of both.

Commenting on the launch of the restaurant, Executive Chef, Anirudh Deshpande said, “We welcome you to our all-day dining restaurant – Amritsar Kitchen and we present a specially curated menu that is designed for diverse palates. With the intention of pouring our passion into every dish that is served, the range created reflects our desire to serve the best. Signature traditional and regional dishes on the menu include Sarso Da Saag, Amritsari Chole Kulche, Butter Chicken and similar. The Asian selection comprises of Chicken Shumai, Thai Red and Green Curry, Pad Thai and Skewers. Classic Roasted Chicken, Pan Seared River Sole and Fish & Chips are part of the Western mains along with a variety of pastas, risottos and pizzas.

Amritsar Kitchen is set to craft a new identity in the fine-dining space of Amritsar with its spotlight on regional delicacies, home cooking and seasonal ingredients.
