“Baar Baar Dekho” Director Nitya Mehra blessed with a baby on New Year

Nitya Mehra and Karan Kapadia embraced parenthood with a Baby Boy at Surya Hospitals on the Auspicious Occasion of the Hindu New Year 

Mumbai, October 31, 2019 :Bollywood Director and Scriptwriter Nitya Mehra and Ad film maker Karan Kapadia joined the bandwagon of celebrities who welcomed their newborn Baby Boy delivered at Surya Hospitals, Mumbai on the special eve of New Year 28 October 2019. She has worked with Famous Directors such as Farhan Akhtar, Mira Nair and Ang Lee. Her directorial debut with Excel Entertainment, romantic drama Baar Baar Dekho, was released in 2016.

She delivered her baby under the supervision of Dr. Ameet Dhurandhar, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Surya Hospitals. A trained water birthing and Hypnobirthing practitioner, he is amongst the first few Obstetricians in India to conduct water births and Hydro births and the first to conduct natural, pain-free childbirth under hypnosis in Mumbai (HypnoBirthing).
