Chef Ablu Bhowmick, Junior Sous Chef – Asian, at Seasonal Tastes, The Westin Mumbai Garden City has curated a swanky new Asian cuisine menu – live for a period of 10 days. Trained under 2 Asian Masterchefs – ‘Chef Zhang’ and ‘Chef Myo’, he brings with him an experience of 8 years.

With his new menu, you can now indulge in an array of latest Asian offerings at Seasonal Tastes, covering varied regions of the world.

Each dish is attributed to the specialty of a particular region. From piping hot dimsums inspired from China to grills inspired from Korea, Vietnam & Thailand and delectable sushis inspired from Japan, Chef Ablu’s menu reflects his flair and expertise. So you are certain of devouring the best of the Asian offerings!

Some signature dishes include ‘Grilled Pork Belly with spicy kimchi sauce’, ‘Lobster-Chilli Ponzu’, ‘Prawn & Avocado Maki’, ‘Shrimps and Lotus root tempura’ and ‘Crispy Vegetable Cheung Fun’ paired with specially curated sauces like enoki mushroom sauce, yuzu pepper hot sauce and spicy teriyaki sesame sauce. His menu also comprises of healthy offerings namely – Asparagus Wasabi potatoes, Truffle Edamame dumplings and Daikon-Coriander soup, to name a few.
