One of the major highlights of the event was the power packed entry of percussionist Drum Shivamani which striked a chord with the audience, literally.

The spectators were all in for a nostalgic trip with Indian aesthetic singer Dr.Jaspinder Narula’s ‘Ye jo halka halka suroor hai’.

The surprise for the evening was well received by the audience when Dr. Jaspinder Narula called upon Shivamani and they both were seen creating an unforgettable fusion.  They also jammed on “Pyaar to hona hi thaa” and “Damadum Mast kalandar.”

Talking about the same Shivamani said,

“Swar Aalap is Dinesh Ghate’s brainchild which felicitates the musicians who deserve all the centre stage which was formerly enjoyed just by the singers and music directors. The event concluded with Dinesh Ghate expressing his gratitude towards Ashok Kacker for being a strong support, Dr. Jaspinder Narula, Shivamani and everyone who made the evening successful.
