Jinaam’s Dress Ltd to enter Capital Market

Surat based Jinaam’s Dress Limited engaged in the business of design, manufacture and market women’s apparels across Diversified Product Portfolio with multiple brands is entering the capital market with an IPO of 72 lac equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs.59/0-. The shares of the company will list on BSE SME. The sole Lead Manager to this issue is SMC Capitals Ltd. and Market Maker to the Issue is NNM Securities Pvt Ltd. and NNM Nextgen Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is the Advisor to the Issue. The issue opens on 9th April 2019 and closes on 15th April 2019. The main objectives of the company to come up with an IPO are Purchase of Machineries, Augmenting the long term working capital and   to reduce debt. The company has established wide distribution network across 19 states and 4 union territories and markets its brands like “Jinaam”, “Floral Creation”, “ROMA”, etc. Jinaam has Integrated manufacturing facility with employees strength of over 200 employees and has in-house design team of more than 45 employees. The Company also sells its product through retail store located in Surat and on online marketing platform of
Company intends focus on brand visibility through venturing into retail space and creating product diversification in digital printing space.On the financial front, the company’s net profit grew from 213.57 lakhs to 782.11 lakhs restated basis from FY 16 to FY 18 respectively. Revenue from operations grew from Rs. 13631.96 lakhs to Rs. 15289.06 lakhs from FY 16 to FY 18 respectively and our EBITDA grew from Rs 1078.34 lakhs to Rs. 2007.17 lakhs respectively
The company offers a wide range of Indian ethnic and fusion wear for woman which includes ‘lehenga-choli’, ‘kurti’, ‘dupatta’, scarfs and ‘sarees’ of various fabrics such as satin, georgette, chiffon, velvet, polyester, cotton, silk, wool etc. It focuses on developing and introducing new designs at regular intervals. During FY 2017-18 it has introduced around 134 product catalogues each of which comprises an average of around 8-10 designs. JDL’s distribution channel currently covers states of Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, West Bengal, M P, Kerala, U P., etc. It also Exports to international markets in countries like U K, Dubai, Nepal, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Mauritius.
