Jayantilal Gadda of Pen films approached Mr Ashutosh Verma and through another Co producer siphoned off his Rs 4 crores in a movie Wah Taj in 2013. Thereafter even before release the movie negative rights were clandestinely stolen by Gadda and Sharma and without fulfilling the conditions of distributorship the movie was released on 12 PVRs against 600 theatres and PVR pan India. Showing a loss of revenues Gadda abd Sharma siphoned off the subsidy from Verma and also sold the movie entire rights to zee films in a forged document for minuscule amount in a bouquet of film sales thereby totally misrepresenting the frauds and completely diverting profits. The idea of such distributors is to block any new comer by forgery fraud threats and deceit. Money suit against Gadda and Sharma is sub judice at Bokaro District Court and criminal case is proceeding against Pawan Sharma, while Gadda during Covid got himself released due to non-representation by complainants counsel.
Such criminal acts of Bollywood should be elaborately circulated to desist these so called heroes be declared true villains of society.
In another incident one Sunil Pathare MD of Maxwell Indistries, Rohit Khaitan a so called associate of underworld, Zeeshan Quadri another self-claimed mafia of Bollywood and reel actor of gangs of Wasseypur has 3 rd criminal case whose bail is rejected by courts. These three and Akbar Quadri and other associates of Sunil Pathare duped an advocate whose son wanted to be at Mumbai by borrowing money from them for 1 year and by invoking powers of Addln Secretary Home Mr Panda in 2013 snatched the money and ran away with the money without signing any agreement. Mr Panda invoked Delhi police to ensure the running away of the five snatchers. Since then the game of cat and mouse and Delhi police kept the criminals away from law. In 2018 Bokaro District Court took cognisance against these 5 and their nails are rejected by Bokaro sessions court.
This is true reality of Bollywood. The players therein are all crooks who fleece money any how to further their greed lust and illegal activities.
With criminal case and money suit sub judice against these 5 they now fear their Visits to real Wasseypur.
