Kochra realty wins arbitration against Sunvision’s Suresh and Suraj Shroff

An arbitration has been awarded in favour of Ali Kochra to the tune of Rs 37,55,59,353 filed against Sunvision’s Suresh and Suraj Shroff.

Ali Kochra on behalf of his company Kochra Realty LLP and Kochra Developers Pvt. Ltd., has moved the court seeking attachment/execution of the said order against Suresh Meghraj Shroff, Suraj Suresh Shroff, Manoj Champaklal Shroff, and Amitpal Singh Kohli.

A separate complaint charging the Shroffs of forgery of documents and cheating with regards to development of a property in Andheri has been filed by Kochra. According to the complaint, Shroffs have failed to abide by a settlement agreed upon between both the two parties.

Meanwhile, a PE (Preliminary Enquiry) for Rs. 14 crore has been registered against the Shroffs, and it is currently being investigated by the Economic Office Wing. In addition, a separate complaint for Rs. 7 crore has been filed, pertaining to the allotments. Consequently, the Shroffs have been summoned.

Kochra is seeking attachment of all the properties and projects owned by the Shroffs and the others mentioned above alongwith with respective partners in the various business entities.
