Tata Realty and Actis Lays The Foundation of Ghansoli’s New Future – To Invest INR 5000 Cr in Upcoming IT Park; Shri Subhash Desai Inaugurates Intellion Park Navi Mumbai

Spread across 47.1 acres, with a development potential of over 7 million square feet, Intellion Park Navi Mumbai is slated to be the next IT and Data Centre hub in Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai, December 2021: With a vision to revamp the IT development in the Navi Mumbai region, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd- a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Ltd. today announced the commencement of work of its IT Park Project ,  Intellion Park located in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, which is being developed in partnership with Actis. Maharashtra’s Cabinet Minister for Industries, Mr. Subhash Desai, laid the foundation of the project. Intellion Park is set to become Navi Mumbai’s large-scale, campus-style IT/ITeS development that will see an investment of over INR 5,000 crores and create over 70,000 jobs.

Intellion Park, Navi Mumbai is an integrated full-fledged campus with IT buildings, Commercial buildings, Data Centre development as well as High street retail.  As one of the fastest-growing suburbs in Navi Mumbai, Intellion Park is located opposite the Ghansoli station, with dual access to the property via the Thane-Belapur Road and Central Road.  Spread across 47.1 acres, with a development potential of over 7 million square feet of leasable area, Intellion Park Navi Mumbai is slated to be the next preferred IT destination for corporates. The project is designed keeping in mind the health and wellness, along with work-life balance to enhance the productivity of employees.

Intellion Park Navi Mumbai will expedite the growth of the region. TRIL  portfolio would become 10million sq.ft in the next 3 years and will secure approximately 45 million sq.ft by 2027.
