Mumbai: India is reeling under Coronavirus. During pandemics like coronavirus when it is not possible to step out, Zen Multispecialty Hospital Chembur had organized a CME on Liver diseases as Hepatitis B, C, liver cancer, viral hepatitis, approach to liver function test, jaundice, Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) and complications of the chronic liver. More than 1,000 family physicians from all over India attended the interactive and educative sessions and learned how to manage liver diseases efficiently. CME was under the supervision of Dr. Meghraj Ingle, head gastroenterology dept, Zen Hospital along with Dr. Aniruddha Phadke from Lilavati Hospital and Dr. Mandot from Bombay Hospital. The attendees were given a certificate of participation and even a medical exam were conducted for them.
