An Authentic Punjabi Fare at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield

by Suman Gupta

The New Year is here and it brings along new harvest – one that demands celebration with great pomp and show. Known as a land of gaiety and merry making, Punjab is known for celebrating this festival with much exuberance and fanfare.

Our culinary wizard Chef Amandeep Singh and his team mark the winter solstice with an authentic and luxuriating Punjabi Food Festival that will take you straight to the streets of Amritsar. Bringing some of the unique and authentic Ambarsari delicacies to the table accompanied with winter bonfires, indulge in a delightful dinner as M Café transforms into a mini Punjab bedecked with vibrant kites and sugarcane.

Inspired by the traditional Langar from one of the world’s largest kitchens at Golden Temple, the Bhangra Beats & Punjabi Treats food festival will spoil you with choices ranging from Sarson ka Saag and Makki ki Roti, Chitkara Chaat, Amritsari Machli, Tawa Champ and live counters themed on Lawrence Road Amritsari style.

Keeping the ambience parallel to our theme, we look forward to give the entire experience of Punjab and a taste of the rich street food culture the state wields.
