Both the state governments are working actively on creating an investment-friendly environment at present, due to which the real estate development in these locations is showing good potential for growth. Srinivas, who has been actively involved executing landmark real estate developments in these markets, provides the right leadership to take our business in South India to the next level. I am confident that with Srinivas at the helm, Knight Frank will further strengthen its positions in these markets.”
