Inspired by the Tropical Southeast Asian cuisine of Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam, Malaka Spice has decided to push their boundaries and curated a menu themed Asian Winters, dedicated to cold winters of Pune.
This year, Malaka Spice has gotten wood of tamarind, mulberry, Awala and babul sourced from their very own Cherish Farm for the charcoal and wood cooking method recipes. The new Menu has a wide range of delicious and healthy soups to mains which will charm your soul, fill your stomach and keep you warm this winter season.
