A Harmonious Fusion of Vocal and Rhythm between Dr.Jaspinder Narula and Shivamani in Ashok Kacker and Swar Aalap’s “Pyar To Hona Hi Thaa”

Nov, 2019, Mumbai:Ashok Kacker in association with Swar Aalap presented a musical concert featuring the dynamic duo Dr.Jaspinder Narula and Shivamani – Pyaar toh hona hi tha.

The event took place at Balgandharva Rangmandir in Bandra and the stellar performance of the duo left the audience spellbound. Eminent personalities from the media industry like Anu Malik, Ramesh Sippy and Talat Aziz also graced the occasion with their presence.

One of the major highlights of the event was the power packed entry of percussionist Drum Shivamani which striked a chord with the audience, literally.

The spectators were all in for a nostalgic trip with Indian aesthetic singer Dr.Jaspinder Narula’s ‘Ye jo halka halka suroor hai’.

The surprise for the evening was well received by the audience when Dr. Jaspinder Narula called upon Shivamani and they both were seen creating an unforgettable fusion.  They also jammed on “Pyaar to hona hi thaa” and “Damadum Mast kalandar.”

Talking about the same Shivamani said,

“Swar Aalap is Dinesh Ghate’s brainchild which felicitates the musicians who deserve all the centre stage which was formerly enjoyed just by the singers and music directors. I’m proud to be associated with a platform that give due recognition to people who are passionate about music and have devoted their life towards it.”

The event concluded with Dinesh Ghate expressing his gratitude towards Ashok Kacker for being a strong support, Dr. Jaspinder Narula, Shivamani and everyone who made the evening successful.
