On his debut visit to India, world renowned 2 Michelin Star Chef Jun Lee, the owner of the famous Soigné restaurant in Seoul will be showcasing his outstanding culinary skills with his – “Contemporary cuisine of Seoul” over dinner exclusively at Le Cirque Signature, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, on August 23rd and 24th 2024.
Chef Jun Lee was born in Korea, trained in the US, and is a 2 Michelin Star chef in Seoul. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2010, he returned to Seoul, and was the first Korean chef to operate exclusively pop-up restaurants, after the resounding success of which, he opened the enjoyable Soigné in 2015. Soigné epitomised his own culinary philosophy that the most important part in cuisine is communicating and understanding, and was awarded one Michelin star in 2016 and 2017, and the coveted second star in 2022.
