Mumbai June 11th, 2019: We have all been through endless discussions on where one can go to have dinner, a few drinks and happy times dancing with your friends & loved ones. While there are some places we visit once and cram the memory at the back of the mind, every now and then we all come across a special place where making memories is a breeze – A special spot that effortlessly manages to touch hearts, leaving a memorable impact and a sense of belonging.

For all Mumbaikars – native and newcomers alike, Radio Bar has always been a place of endless nights spent celebrating while savoring some great bar food and cocktails and dancing to a diverse range of music genres spread across different nights of the week. With an upgraded menu and a pleasant makeover, the same crowd favorite is now all set to reopen and liven up the bustling by lanes of Khar once again.

The updated Radio Bar interiors have been designed by Sumessh Menon, the ace hospitality design guru. Throwing it back to the true retro era, the place features a grey trellis wall and a gigantic logo outside summoning people to come in, black and white geometric flooring, idiosyncratic wall art and the beautiful namesake radios that shine bright in the night light. Add to that a one-of-its-kind inward curved bar with bolsters as bar aprons and the DJ placed bang in its centre, and you have yourself a recipe for a highly energized vibe unlike any other! For those wanting to enjoy open winds outside, a cozy alfresco dining space is at your beck and call, complete with monochrome awnings and mesmerizing elements; worth of that next Instagram upload.

The most exciting part if their all new comfort food inspired by various states of the country. It resonates culture & a home away from home feeling! Helmed by Chef Rohan Dsouza – Silver Beach Entertainment’s culinary director, their contemporary menu with impressive food and drinks boasts of innovative global flavors molded to suit every Mumbaikar’s palate to the T. Some of chef’s recommendations for contemporary favorites are BBQ Char Sui Fish, the grilled Mediterranean Lamb Burger, Peruvian Alla Brassa Wings however the dishes to highlight are the local flavors like the Kochi style green masala style Butter Garlic Prawns, the crispy Mutton Samosa from Maharashtra, Bombay Irani Keema Pav, Andhra Nagarjuna styled Chili Chicken & so much more from the local inspired section of delicacies. Every dish promises to make you heave that sigh of delicious contentment & connect with local comfort flavors. With radio’s iconic cocktails and a music schedule to impress, this rendezvous will make you keep coming back for more.

Resonating the passion, owner Hitesh Keswani, Founder & Director for Silver Beach Hospitality says, “Radio Bar is an emotion, not just a place to hang out. If you’d ask our regulars, they would probably echo the same. We closed doors only to open better and bigger. The team is looking forward to reliving the energy of this brand; we are opening doors once again in the second week of June. This time with a local flavor inspired multi cuisine menu suited well for the bar as well as a full meal alongside Radios Iconic cocktails and weekly music schedule”.

Clear your evening schedules June onwards because it’s time to relive your best nights, rejoice new occasions and relish in the experience at the bigger and better Radio Bar – a story worth telling for a lifetime. Open to people from 12th June onwards.

Time: 6 PM to 1:30 AM | Address: Radio Bar, Guru Gangeshwar Marg, Khar, Khar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400052
