The year 2018-19 has certainly been a momentous one for CREDAI-MCHI with the changes happening at a time when the Real Estate industry had been on the path of recovery after undergoing some major developments, but introduction of RERA and GST and their various policies have been welcomed by our members

Who have worked with resilience and transparency towards our future endeavor of accomplishing the goal of Affordable housing for all as it fulfills a basic human need for shelter, cause it also contributes to the wellbeing of both parents and children, affordable housing also means reduced stress due to a lessening of concerns that high housing costs will lead to foreclosure and eviction; this in turn leads to fewer physical and mental health problems and reduced absenteeism on the job.

Therefore, we expect that such a magnificent event is met with complete grandeur where we have maximum coverage through various social media websites, news channels, print media etc. We at CREDAI-MCHI in conformity with the principles and objectives have always been dedicated towards being the Ultimate Voice of the Real Estate Industry. We strive to be the voice of not only the fraternity of developers but also of all other stakeholders engaged within this industry. CREDAI MCHI (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry) is a strong industry platform with Members over 1800 leading Developers in Mumbai and The CREDAI-MCHI has expanded across MMR, having its own units in Thane, Kalyan -Dombivali, Mira – Virar City, Raigad and Navi Mumbai.
