Mary Kom unveils New York’s Bull and Fearless Girl at Kanakia Wall Street in Mumbai

Mumbai, January 2019: India’s international boxing star and six-time world boxing champion Mary Kom unveils New York’s bull and fearless girl replicas at Kanakia Wall Street, the themed commercial project by Mumbai’s leading theme based developer Kanakia Group in Mumbai.

The raging bull and fearless girl replicas are permanently installed at Kanakia Wall Street. The Fearless Girl statue which is considered by many to symbolize female empowerment has been placed facing the Charging Bull and unveiled by India’s fearless girl Mary Kom. The bronze ponytailed girl is installed opposite the long standing bull at Kanakia Wall Street, the ultra modern building which reflects the opulence and magnificence of New York’s Wall Street.

Gracing the occasion, Mary Kom said, “The fearless girl is an example for women and I firmly believe every woman has immense power to fight the odds and has tremendous ability to achieve anything in all walks of life. I thank Kanakia Group to give me this opportunity to be a part of this event and for creating this symbol.”

Taking a cue from some of the world famous building designs of New York, Kanakia Wall Street Mumbai is a unique example of a corporate building that epitomizes work-life balance of its stakeholders including corporate honchos, CFOs, COOs, among others.
