New Delhi, May, 2017: Dhanuka Agritech Limited, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 507717) and National Stock Exchange (NSE:DHANUKA) listed, one of India’s leading Agrochemical formulations Company, today announced Q4 and annual audited financial results for FY 2017.
Dhanuka Agritech registered a growth of 5.36% in its Net turnover for the FY17, at Rs. 873.19 crores as against Rs. 828.79 crores for last year. The Company reported PAT of Rs. 119.41 crores for FY17 compared to Rs. 107.31 crores for previous fiscal.
Commenting on the annual results, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Dhanuka, Managing Director, Dhanuka Agritech Limited said, “Dhanuka Agritech continues to achieve growth in FY 17. We have seen increased sales across geographies during this fiscal. Moreover, the consumption of crop protection chemicals is growing at a fast pace due to increasing farm-incomes and awareness amongst farmers.
He further added, “Forecast of a normal monsoon this year has brought major relief amongst the Indian farmers. We believe that normal spatial distribution of rainfall will not only benefit the agricultural sector and farmers but will give a boost to India’s Economy also.”
The company reported Net Turnover of Rs. 157.07 crores for the quarter ending 31st March, 2017 compared to Rs. 172.37 crores for the same period last quarter and PAT for Q4 FY17 to Rs. 24.22 crores as against Rs. 28.48 crores for the corresponding period last year.
